Don Duga, born in Hollywood, began drawing at the age of 6. He studied drawing and painting at the Chouinard Institute. Don worked for an animation studio in Burbank, called United Pictures Association (U.P.A) where he created story boards for Mister Magoo television shorts. His most world famous image has been "Frosty The Snowman"; televised internationally for over 40 years. He has worked for Sesame Street, MTV and Nickelodeon. Presently, Don is illustrating a children’s book written by animal rights activist Frances Hayward, who lived at the Grey Gardens estate eleven months each year.
